Rays of Life

Infrared light: To humans, infrared light is the invisible portion of the sunlight spectrum. To aid in understanding this, just think about the last time that you sunbathed. Did you get hot? Of course! After all, protective creams and/or sunscreens only stop the ultraviolet (UV) rays in sunlight, which can damage the skin. Infrared rays safely and easily penetrate the skin, providing an excellent sense of solar heat, yet without causing any harmful effects to the skin. In fact, infrared heat is so safe that it is even used to keep newborn babies warm in the nurseries of many hospitals.

Effective frequency
