How to use the infrared sauna

We recommend consulting with a doctor before using an infrared sauna.

Begin from 20 minutes and gradually make sessions longer. Several weeks later you will be able to use the sauna for 30-40 minutes, but no more than two times a day.

We recommend discussing the length and number of sessions with a doctor.

Optimum number of sessions - from 3 times per week to daily sessions.

The best time for a sauna session - immediately after waking up or directly before going asleep.

A warm shower before your session can help to increase the perspiration.

To be nude or in a swimsuit is the best variant for sauna, but a T-shirt - shorts is also possible.

Warm up the sauna for 10-20 minutes before beginning the session.

Lay a towel on the bench, it absorbs sweat and helps keep the sauna clean. You can wipe the sweat from time to time with another towel.

Perspiration begins 10-15 minutes after start of the sauna session.

Relax with your friends in 3-person infrared sauna! The time passed in the sauna must be pleasant, forget your problems and listen to music.

Drink a lot of water during and after your sauna session. It will compensate your body's loss of moisture during active perspiration.

You can sit, lay, stand or meditate, do anything you take pleasure from.

Use overhead ventilation aperture or open the door of the sauna for free air inflow. Warm transfer with infrared rays doesn't demand warming up the air between the warm source and body surface, therefore its possible to enjoy even with a partially opened door.

Don't hurry to take a shower after the sauna has been switched off. Because your body was warmed up during the session, it will continue perspiration even after heaters cutoff. Sit in the sauna with opened door and give the possibility to continue perspiration in the time of your cooling down. Then, you'll feel the necessity to go for a shower. Take a warm (not hot) shower. You may turn on cold water near the end of your shower to close your pores, but it is not necessary.

If you feel bad during the sauna session, immediately leave the sauna. If this bad feeling is strong or occurs again - you must consult with a doctor.

A reaction on cleaning the body could appear. Irritation, headache, tiredness, changes in gastronomic preferences are possible temporary symptoms caused by your cells detoxification process. It's usually normal, but if the symptoms are strong you should consult with a doctor.
